Custom-Printed on Demand: Every item is made-to-order and dispatched from our production hub in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Dispatch Timeline: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing on the next business day).

Estimated Delivery: Standard domestic transit takes 2–5 business days post-dispatch (Total estimated timeline: 5–9 business days).

Prepaid Only: Gelome operates on a 100% prepaid model via secure UPI, Net Banking, and Cards to ensure immediate production queueing (Cash on Delivery is not available).

Tracking: Live tracking details are sent directly to your registered email address and or SMS as soon as the courier partner scans your package.

2-Hour Best-Effort Window: Cancellation or address-change requests must be emailed to gelomeopscs@gelome.com within 2 hours of order placement with your Order ID in the subject line. However this cannot be guaranteed if production is already begun.

Locked in Production: Because items enter automated printing queues immediately, orders that have progressed to production cannot be modified, canceled, or redirected.

Cancellation Refunds: Approved cancellations before production begins receive a full refund to the original payment source within 5–7 business days without payment gateway deductions.

Made-to-Order Sales: Because each product is individually printed upon order confirmation, we do not accept returns, refunds, or size exchanges for customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong size, color, or design), buyer’s remorse, or subjective dissatisfaction.

No Reverse Pickups: Gelome does not operate reverse pickups. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled, you will receive a full refund upon verification without needing to return the item. You may retain, donate, or responsibly recycle the product.

Full Refund Eligibility: A 100% refund (including original payment gateway fees) is issued exclusively for verified manufacturing defects, physical transit damage, wrong item shipments, or packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier.

Customer-Caused RTOs: Shipments returned to origin due to incomplete/incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, or refusal are non-refundable. Re-shipping of the returned item can be requested within 15 days of RTO notification at an additional courier charge of ₹60 + 18% GST (₹70.80).

All quality and damage claims must be filed through the Report a Defect page on gelome.com with the required proof:

Strict Reporting Deadlines:

• Physical Transit Damage, Holes, Tampered Packaging, or Missing Items: Must be reported within 24 hours of marked delivery.
• Print Quality Defects, Misprints, or Wrong Item Received: Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Mandatory Evidence Checklist:

1. Your confirmed Order ID.
2. Clear photo of the product in full view.
3. Clear photograph of the UID Label / Barcode Sticker attached to the packaging.
4. Continuous, unedited unboxing video (strictly mandatory for transit damage, torn packaging, or missing items).
5. Flat-lay photo with a measuring tape (mandatory for print misalignment or garment sizing mismatch disputes).

Color Saturation & Screen Variance: Minor variations in color tone and print saturation between digital screen mockups and physical Direct-to-Film (DTF) prints are normal technical characteristics of apparel printing and do not constitute a defect.

Placement Tolerance: Standard garment industry placement variance of up to +/- 0.5 inches (+/- 1.27 cm} from digital preview mock ups is within normal production tolerance.

DTF Wash Care Protection:

• Machine wash cold (strictly below 30°C) inside-out on a gentle cycle with mild liquid detergent.
• Line dry in the shade; do not tumble dry on high heat.
• Never iron directly on the printed graphic; iron inside-out on low heat.
• Washing in hot water, machine drying, or scrubbing the print voids warranty and defect claims.

How do I choose the correct size?

Do not measure your body. Lay your best-fitting t-shirt completely flat on a table and measure the chest width (pit-to-pit) and length (collar to hem). Match those flat measurements against our size chart. If you are between sizes or prefer a relaxed drape, size up.

Can I request a custom design?

Gelome currently offers curated, ready-to-print designs and does not accept individual custom graphic modifications at this time.

What if tracking shows "Delivered" but I haven't received it?

Check with family, flatmates, neighbors, or building security first. If still missing, notify us at gelomeopscs@gelome.com within 24 hours with your Order ID so we can file an official courier dispute. Claims raised after 24 hours cannot be investigated by logistics partners.
