This website (gelome.com) is operated by Gelome, a sole proprietorship registered in Maharashtra, India. Throughout this document, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Gelome. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use this website.

Section 1 – Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

•         You are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the website under parental or guardian supervision.

•         You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

•         You are not barred from receiving products or services under any applicable law.

Section 2 – Products & Services

All products sold on gelome.com are custom-manufactured on demand. Product images are representative and may vary slightly in colour tone due to screen calibration and the nature of direct-to-garment printing.

We reserve the right to:

•         Limit the sale of products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

•         Discontinue any product or design at any time without notice.

•         Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or in bulk.

Section 3 – Pricing

•         All prices displayed on gelome.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

•         Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

•         GST invoices will be issued for all orders in compliance with Indian tax law. Gelome GSTIN: 27ABPPL9512N1ZX (registered as a sole proprietorship in Maharashtra).

•         In the event of a pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you, or contact you for further instructions.

 

Section 4 – Payment

•         We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets, processed through our payment gateway partner. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available on gelome.com.

•         You agree to provide accurate and current payment information. Credit/debit card details are encrypted and handled by our payment gateway partners — Gelome does not store card information.

•         Gelome is not liable for any unauthorised use of your payment credentials.

Section 5 – Order Fulfilment & Delivery

All orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand production partner. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the timelines, limitations, and conditions outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Section 6 – Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

All cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined therein.

Section 7 – User Obligations

You agree not to:

•         Use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

•         Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our website or products without written permission.

•         Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software.

•         Infringe upon Gelome's intellectual property rights or those of any third party.

•         Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fraudulent return claims. Upload or submit designs, images, or text that infringe third-party intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademarks, or personality rights). Gelome accepts no liability for printing customer-submitted content that violates applicable intellectual property law; all such liability rests solely with the customer placing the order.

Section 8 – Intellectual Property

All content on gelome.com — including designs, graphics, text, logos, and product images — is the intellectual property of Gelome or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Section 9 – Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., courier tracking portals, payment gateways). Gelome is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites. Any transaction with third-party providers is governed by their own terms and policies.

Section 10 – Disclaimer of Warranties

Gelome provides this website and its products on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We make no guarantees that product quality will meet every individual expectation beyond what is commercially reasonable.

Section 11 – Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Gelome, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Gelome's total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Section 12 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Gelome, its affiliates, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the website, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

Section 13 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all transactions on gelome.com are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or any order placed shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Section 14 – Amendments

Gelome reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on gelome.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 15 – Grievance Officer

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Gelome has designated a Grievance Officer to address customer complaints and concerns:
