Please read this disclaimer carefully before placing an order on gelome.com. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms described below.
1. Colour Accuracy
Product colours displayed on gelome.com are as accurate as our photography and design process allows. However, the actual colour of your delivered product may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to:
• Differences in screen calibration, brightness, and colour profile across devices (mobile, tablet, desktop, AMOLED vs LCD)
• The nature of direct-to-garment (DTG) and direct-to-film (DTF) printing, where ink absorption varies by fabric colour, material, and weave
• Batch-to-batch variation in blank garment dye lots from our suppliers
Minor colour variation between the product image and the delivered item is inherent to print-on-demand production and does not constitute a manufacturing defect. Such variation is not eligible for a return or refund.
2. Print Quality & Placement
All products are printed using industry-standard DTG or DTF printing technology. Please note:
• Print placement may vary by ±0.5 inches (approximately ±1.27 cm) from the position shown in the product mock-up. This is within acceptable production tolerance.
• On dark-coloured garments, a slight under base (white layer beneath the design) may be visible at the edges of the print. This is a standard characteristic of DTG printing on dark fabrics, not a defect.
• Wash and care instructions must be followed as printed on the garment label. Improper washing (hot water, tumble drying, harsh detergents) can cause premature fading and will void any quality claim.
3. Product-Specific Sizing
Sizing and fit information is provided on the relevant product page. Please review the size chart displayed for the specific product before ordering.
4. Product Images & Mock-ups
Product images on gelome.com are a combination of studio photography and digital mock-ups. Digital mock-ups are used to show design placement and are representative only. The final printed product may differ slightly in:
• Design scale relative to garment size
• Colour saturation and vibrancy
• Texture appearance (mock-ups show smooth fabric; actual garment has natural fabric texture)
5. General Product Disclaimers
The following disclaimers apply across all product categories:
· All product images are representative. Minor colour, texture, and dimension variations are inherent to print-on-demand production.
· If a product is supplied in packaging that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please follow the issue-specific evidence requirements in our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.
- Wash & Care: Gelome is not liable for damage to prints or fabric caused by incorrect washing, drying, bleaching, or dry cleaning. Always follow the wash care label on the garment. Machine washing at high temperatures, tumble drying, or scrubbing the print area will permanently damage the print and such damage is not eligible for a claim or return.
- Print Size / Placement Tolerance: Print placement and/or design scale may vary by up to ±0.5 inches (approximately ±1.27 cm) from the product mock-up or intended placement. Such variation is within the stated production tolerance and is not, by itself, a manufacturing defect.
- Print Type Selection: Printrove uses DTG (Direct-to-Garment) and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing techniques depending on the product and design. The print type applied to your order is determined by product and design specifications and may differ from the mock-up preview. Minor visual differences between DTG and DTF output are inherent to the process and are not a manufacturing defect.

Gelome makes every reasonable effort to ensure product quality and accurate descriptions. We do not warrant that products will meet every individual expectation beyond what is commercially reasonable and described on the product page.
